No. 209 Gin is distilled at Distillery No. 209 on Pier 50 in San Francisco, reviving a federal distilling license first issued in 1882 to a Napa Valley winery. It is a modern gin that downplays juniper dominance to let its supporting botanicals shine: bergamot, cardamom, cassia, coriander, lemon and orange peel, angelica and orris among them, distilled in a copper pot still and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).
