Zingerman's peppermint bark is the combination of two amazing, super high quality chocolates from Guittard! They spent many months tasting white chocolate and finding one they felt was the perfect fit for this creation! The creamy white chocolate is slathered over "etoile nord" a 64% Chocolate that has been mixed with crushed all natural peppermint candy. More crunchy peppermint goodness is sprinkled over the top.
